Chamber Booking & In-Person Etiquette
We operate physical consultation chambers across Kolkata, Tarapith, Siliguri, Durgapur, Mecheda, and Malda. The following rules govern all in-person chamber bookings:
- Token & Reference ID: Upon reserving an appointment slot, you will receive a unique Booking Reference ID and Token Number. Tokens are valid exclusively for the assigned date and time and are non-transferable.
- Check-In Requirements: Seekers must carry their Reference ID (on phone or printed) and arrive at the chamber at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled slot.
- Chamber Decorum: Seekers must maintain peaceful decorum within chamber premises. Our administration reserves the absolute right to refuse consultation or ask a seeker to leave without refund in cases of abusive behavior, intoxication, or disruption of chamber peace.
Consultation Requests & Online Sessions
For remote seekers, online video and telephone consultations are conducted via encrypted platforms (Google Meet, WhatsApp Video, Phone Call).
Accuracy of Birth Details: When submitting an enquiry through our "Consultation Requests" form or online booking portal, you are responsible for providing accurate birth coordinates (Date of Birth, exact Time of Birth in AM/PM, and Place of Birth). Taranath.Online is not liable for incorrect astrological analyses resulting from inaccurate birth data provided by the user.
Fee Structure & Payment Gateway Terms
Consultation token fees and professional honorariums are displayed transparently on our appointment booking portal. All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through secure, RBI-licensed payment gateways.
By completing an online payment, you confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment card, UPI account, or bank account used. Taranath.Online does not charge any hidden recurring subscriptions.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
Rescheduling Notice
You may request to reschedule your consultation appointment to another available date/time slot by contacting our administrative helpline at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session without any additional charge.
No-Show / Missed Sessions
If a seeker fails to arrive at the designated chamber or attend the scheduled online video call without prior 24-hour notice, the appointment token is forfeited and cannot be re-used for a subsequent date.
Emergency Administrative Rescheduling: In rare events of Guru Taranath Tantrick's urgent spiritual sadhana engagements, pilgrimage travel, or unforeseen emergencies, our administration reserves the right to reschedule a chamber slot or provide a priority alternate date.
Consultation Refund Policy
Token & Consultation Fee Refund Rules
Because consultation fees compensate for Guru Taranath Tantrick's professional counseling time, astrological chart computation, and token slot reservation, consultation fees and token fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once a consultation session has been rendered.
Eligible Refund Scenarios: Full or partial refunds are processed exclusively in the following limited scenarios:
- Duplicate Transactions: If a technical gateway error causes multiple debits for a single booking reference ID.
- Permanent Chamber Cancellation: If an appointment is permanently cancelled by Taranath.Online administration and an alternative date cannot be arranged.
User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct
By utilizing Taranath.Online, you agree to observe the following standards of conduct:
- Truthful Information: You agree to submit truthful, accurate contact and birth chart details.
- No Unauthorized Recording: You agree not to record audio, video, or screen-capture any online consultation or chamber session without Guru Taranath Tantrick's explicit written consent.
- Respectful Interaction: You agree to treat Guruji and administrative staff with dignity and respect. Harassment, threatening communication, or abuse will result in immediate ban from all consultation chambers.
